On the obesity criteria,there are international standards for obesity,the Asian standards and Chinese standards,some examples of the formula to calculate the obesity has been said. In this paper。the Core part of the author is the benefits 0f health vegetarian,with the elimination methods of obesity.First,a brief description of why the author promote vegetarian,and its interests and help.Ten vegetarian benefits.Healthy vegetarian nutrition,the author made an analysis of the public vegetables of several ordinary items,as while as discuss the ingredients and benefits of their nutrition to good healthy.The best five vegetables. 一.序言 我们为什么会变胖?许多人都如此自问。遗传、吃太多、运动不足、摄食中枢神经障碍、情绪饮食、荷尔蒙异常等原因,就会造成肥胖病,脂肪储存在皮下、或内脏周围,除了脂肪层过厚还有脂肪包住心脏、或形成脂肪肝或许多“富贵病”。对现代人而言,肥胖已经成一种全球性慢性疾病,而且还会衍发各式副作用。严重者甚至威胁我们的生命。所以到底甚么原因容易造成肥胖?肥胖病形成的答案在哪呢?所以我们应该先考虑一下肥胖的原因? 二.肥胖的原因: 我列举几条其一:遗传、如果父母都胖,子女有70%肥胖机率,如果双亲之一肥胖,则子女有50%会肥胖机率,其二不健康饮食习惯也有影响,吃喝太多、甜食、饮料、高油、高甜等、其三:就是运动不足、若饮食不变或饮食热量摄取过多,而运动不足,等于有多余热量去转 |
